The year was 1879, a bleak monday in October. The comrades Hagbart Waldemar Höegh and Johan Martin Streijffert decided on taking a shortcut through the forest on their way home. As the night sky shifted to the deepest violette, and the frost settled as a layer over all the leaves that autumn left behind, they soon found themselves lost in the deep forest.
